Japanese lessons for English lessons?
I need to learn Japanese for a study abroad I want to go on in 2 years. I’m a poor college kid so I can’t afford outside lessons, and my school doesn’t offer a program. Summer programs at other institutions are way too expensive as well. I’ve tried Rosetta Stone but really, some people just need to sit and listen to a person speak it to learn anything. I was wondering where I can find someone who speaks Japanese (native speaker) and possibly do private Skype lessons? I can’t offer this person money but I could give them lessons in English if they needed it. Where could I find someone to help me? With no money?

There are some language exchange websites like sharedtalk.com or italki.com, as you know. I think if you use the websites, you can easily find language partners.
