My sister and I participated in the most amazing program in northern SPAIN, Santander. It is a beautiful and safe
Its an incredibly beautiful place, complex a very safe beach and not many international tourists, mostly local. We have enjoyed a number of highly-planned activities and excursions, as of course the Latin dance, bullfights, art classes, the Roman road hiking, boat trips, go to the beach every day, too, as it was right there! Paella dinner in a typical Spanish fishing district, the people of middle age, the Guggenheim Museum and much more! We loved it so much we visited twice (beautifulspain.com), however after the two best experiences we would like to try another country in Europe, and a beautiful, safe and well planned and organized like one. We fear that we will always continue to compare and will not be so nice. Has anyone gone to any place you recommend? Maybe in Italy? Greece? Many thank you very much for your help.
Not sure how old you are, but the SAS program offers a summer tour of the Mediterranean and a lot of excursions to improve choice. Italy: Vernazza and the Amalfi coast is amazing. The Cinque Terra offers hiking well. Feel free to email with more Qs
