What is the best program or website to use to learn Chinese?
Im new Chinese, so that everything we know so far is the number 1-99 … I do not know how much I take in China … lol So any good program that helps me to speak Chinese fluently.
Rosetta Stone is your best bet. I've been using it for a year and a half with impressive results. However, if you do not have access to that Chinesepod.com program I've found to be really useful. There is also an online course that the FBI used to learn languages ??with a lot of recordings I found http://www.nciku.com/ http://fsi-language-courses.org/Content.php is one of the best though. All these are free. Also, I recommend installing a Chinese English dictionary in your iPod or phone to constantly refer you.
