What is the quickest and most efficient way to become fluent in a second language?
I want to learn, German, French, Italian and Spainsh and be fluent in them but I find it takes a long time to even understand the basics. I only want to be able to speak the language, not read and write it. Is there a way to do this quickly?
Watch and listen TV broadcasts (news, but also reality shows -> to learn the slangs) and speak with natives.
Study the basics of grammar – for latin based languages is essential!
