I find it strange that the Chinese can speak English. So, it was surprising the Chinese can speak English?
No wonder the Chinese can speak English. I'm Chinese and was born and raised in the United States. Some members of my family firms operate in predominantly Spanish-speaking areas of the United States, which is fluent in Spanish, plus English and Chino.
