Italian language night school?
hello there
Are there a night school to teach Italian ? or should i look for a privet teacher ?
i am in Florence (firenze) for six months. 13 days have past and i only learned few Italian words. i would love to attend an ordinary basic Italian course but that is not an option as i am attending another course(in English) from 8am – 5 pm. i am looking for something between 6pm and 9pm at least 3 days a week.
any tip or information will be very helpful
P.S. i tried searching the internet but all i found is the tourist weekend courses other than that nothing.

I was in the same situation as you are in but I was in Rome. I went to a public school, I think it was a Junior High school and they gave free lessons in the evening.
Search for schools and libraries that give free lessons.
Advice, lessons will help but I strongly suggest that you get a CD or tape and learn from that as well, you will advance much more when you HEAR the words and then you have to REPEAT them. that is the only true way to learn the language.
