To anyone from Montreal, need your help?
Myself, wife and kid are applying for a permanent resident visa to montreal quebec.( we are from Manila Philippines) why there, is a different story..anyway, would like to know the life there, the culture and surroundings as a city. is it a safe city to live in etc.. we were advised to study french, w/c i know is a 2nd language there right?
