What jobs could someone get in France who has little knowledge of the language?
I am thinking about moving to France in the near future and I am close to being completely fluent in French. However, my boyfriend is not anywhere close. He could easily learn the language and would be able to adjust quite well. Is there a job he could get while he still has basic knowledge of the language?
By basic I mean just knowing how to say “Where is the bathroom?” or “How much does this cost?”
Just the simple stuff and he could order his own food.
Your other questions indicate that you are a 16 year old American. I therefore presume your BF is also an American teenager.
If that is the case then be aware that you cannot simply go to France and live there and/or find a job.
The French government will not likely give you or your boyfriend a long term visa or a work permit.
