What are the best cities for learning English?
Hi everybody,
I’m going to spend 10/16 weeks in USA and I’m wavering between:
Washington, San Francisco, San Francisco-Berkeley, Chicago and Boston.
What is/are the best city/ies where a foreign guy could improve better his English? (accents, slangs, ect.)

PS: My weeks will be composed by Intensive courses and TOEFL preparation.
