italian language class
Taking classes in Italian and German at the same time?

I am a freshman at one of the top 10 universities ranked in the U.S.. The only language I have ever taken before it is Spanish, and I thought I knew well. Now I'm in college have the option of taking an Italian and German classes 1. I do not know much about these languages. How are taken individually. Is it too hard to take, at the same time? I have no previous experience in both languages

English is derived from German and as such should be easier to learn, however, if they are proficient in Spanish, Italian is something of a similarity of 83% in terms of language so you can have a good knowledge of the language they were not aware of! Taking them at the same time is right they are very different in sound and structure as opposed to if you study two languages ??romantic as French and Spanish are very similar and could cause confusion.
