How can I apply for teaching Chinese in Australian University?what the certificate I should have?

I believe you actually need a Masters or Phd to teach in an Aussie Uni. All the lecturers I knew had at least a Honours degree and were currently studying for their Masters or higher.
I don’t think you’d get there with just a certificate.
I suggest contacting the websites of relevant Unis and seeing what they have to say. They may be able to give you more specific information.
