what language should i learn to speak, german or french?
I’m going to high school, and i want we can take a 4-year course of learning how to speak a foreign language; spanish, french, or german. I already to speak spanish, so i want to speak a language that can be useful later in life and that i that almost anyone else would choose.

I usually pick a language that has the most people as well as demographics. Because French and Spanish had world empires 3 generations or more back, you find these languages all over the world spoken and taught as second or third languages. In your case you will find French spoken from North and equatorial Africa through to South East Asia and Eastern Canada so I would tend to go for that. However if you plan to live or work throughout Europe, after English, German is the most popular language these days.
Now French is easier than German since its syntax is a little simpler and there are none of those noun declensions that can be a real pain in the butt to deal with.
